Many sentences imposed by Florida courts require individuals to be placed on a period of probation. During which time the offender must adhere to certain requirements imposed by the court at sentencing. When an individual violates the conditions of his/her probation, they can be arrested for what is referred to as a "Violation of Probation." Many times this arrest carries with it no bond. Some common means individuals violate there probation is by being arrested for a new charge, testing positive for drugs, or by absconding.
